A great story, Caro and a wonderful prompt. My mind went to a similar place initially and then I got another idea immediately after 😁

So, really I just wanted to say thanks for all the wonderful prompts you give. It’s fair I wouldn’t have written half as many stories if it wasn’t for you. I really appreciate it 🙏

I’m so glad the prompts get those creative juices flowing. 🙂

A 100-word poem using the theme "Vigor" and the word prompt "EMBRACE":

Vigor: a word that tastes of iron and salt.

To embrace it is to swallow the sea,

to let its wild currents surge through you.

We are not meant for stillness,

our bodies hum with untapped storms.

Look: even stones erode, reshape themselves.

In the marrow of your bones,

ancient rhythms whisper, "Move."

Listen closely. The blood in your veins

sings songs of forgotten migrations.

To embrace vigor is to shed

the comfortable skin of inertia,

to stand naked before the wind

and dare it to push you over.

Breathe deeply. Feel your lungs expand,

each cell a tiny revolution.

This is how we remake the world:

one fierce, vigorous breath at a time.

Caro, I love what you are creating here. It’s very special. Is it ok if I go backwards through your prompts and scribble and jot?
